#219: Alexey V / Dreamology
M3U FMP3  Tracks : 7

After Planet Boelexs' sublime chilled idm, we now change the pace and hit the ambient edge. Alexey V is continually changing his style and this ep is a good example of the versatility of this Russian artist. Dreamology is a purely ambient selection, layer upon layer of atmospheric sounds with the usual Alexey V edge. Time to average the volume, lean back and float away to thirty minutes of pure delight.

Beautiful book. I like your idea of having students write their own travel adtrevuens. Dreaming of flying around the world is almost as fun as getting to go (and loads more fun than the traditional fact gathering report).

This album is best served chilled. Light floating textures, wispy ambient blips and space ships. Yup its all here and even some additional surprises that delve into some mystical tribal beat. This is a pretty different, a little darker and a little lighter but in contrast to his previous album it seems almost like a natural progression. I have to give him a thumbs up though just for maintaining that sound we all love yet going into a different and more ambient/space music genre. Here's to the future. ;)

Thumbs up for me!

Nice release, just not exactly my style. The last 2 tracks were cool though.

We don't have any control over how long it takes to move the release to the correct place on Scene.org unfortunately.

For the past few releases, it always takes a few days before the downloads work, is scene.org being difficult?

Hey KahviCollective, is there a way to contact the artist directly, such as by email, and such as to send them a song-edit for fun?

Using Audacity, I kind of trance-ified Wolandroid's Blind Touch. Very nice! ^u^
