#293: Drafts on a theme / Rush EP
M3U FMP3  Tracks : 9

Time to show the skills of a new artist this time around on Kahvi. Drafts on a theme is one of the few UK artists that appear on Kahvi.

With his own mix of 'lounge vs electronic' work, his style is one of the familiar - yet, there are elements brought into the tracks that make them fresh and sparkling.

We've got the good, solid beats of 'don't be so picky' to the more surreal '74', and then the sublime Cloudnine airship which definately has some element of Boards of Canada in there somewhere.

An interesting, thoughtful and definately listenable premier for Drafts on a theme. Too many tracks to recommend in this release, but for some great ambience give 'Eno Tribute' a listen. Enjoy!

Loved it. This is a very welcome surprise release from Kahvi. I wrote a detailed review on my LiveJournal, but to sum up: five stars. I'll be watching very closely for future releases from Drafts on a theme. This is one of the best albums of the year.

Would I be allowed to use Kahvi music as background music in a (free) video released on odysee.com?

We don't have any control over how long it takes to move the release to the correct place on Scene.org unfortunately.

For the past few releases, it always takes a few days before the downloads work, is scene.org being difficult?
