#290: Starcade / Les Introvertis Chroniques
M3U FMP3  Tracks : 6

Yet another guest artist for release #290 (hey, I remember getting to the 100th release and we're nearly at 300?) in the shape of Starcade, one of the few Kahvi artists from the USA. This release is aimed at the pure end of the 'fun' element in music. A small ep this time around, six tracks with just over 30 minutes of playtime, short but very sweet indeed.

Every track appears as a classic, tuneful beast - be it slower and deep or faster with gentle melodies. Perhaps I could even compare the EP to that of Kahvi master - Xerxes?

Favourite tracks - Sun Om Beach (track 1) which is a great example of how to use progressive buildup to excellent use. Simple to begin but layers building to a crescendo ending. One to hit the permanent playlist for sure. Another favourite - A storm called Destiny (track 6). An epic journey into various styles of sound - instrumental electronica with a gentle sea breeze. For some reason this reminds me of a track - perhaps a movie soundtrack?

This release sees something slightly different - I give you a clue to the next release :) After checking out this and the next, it became apparent that they work so well together, the next being heavily ambient with subtle beats, you could play the tracks from this and the next in any order - and create your own 'personal' release. Check out #291 and try it for yourself. Credits for this release: Mastering by Barry Gardner at Safe and Sound.

You can use the music for non-commercial uses as long as you give correct credits for the music

Would I be allowed to use Kahvi music as background music in a (free) video released on odysee.com?

We don't have any control over how long it takes to move the release to the correct place on Scene.org unfortunately.

For the past few releases, it always takes a few days before the downloads work, is scene.org being difficult?

Hey KahviCollective, is there a way to contact the artist directly, such as by email, and such as to send them a song-edit for fun?
