I guess (hope :P ) my scorchers are feared here, but that is not applicable here. I think I like this one, and I really mean I like it. It's not that simple catchy tunes that grab you at first listening. You need to listen 3 or 4 times, and then you realize that this stuff is of really high quality.

A long terms keeper.

More of this please. Less Easy Listening rubbish please.

Ah, finally got a good listen in. Nice sounds on this one. The breaks and the simple pads pull you right in, the voice samples were a nice touch as well. From the ocean to the train-station, this ep holds a wonderful variety of styles (for all those eclectic types) and is another fine release on the kahvi shelf.

From Source to Ocean - Simple song with alot of slow, thought out beats swirling around a landscape of pads. Eventually the pads get richer as the song goes on and delicately fades into quite a beautiful symphony. Are we underwater in this song?

Demons - As name suggests, things get a bit darker, but not as much as you would expect. The breaks are still here and there isn't much else until around later into the song. If minimalism is your style then you would like this.

Meeresflug - This scene is a drastic change. The landscape gets richer and we emerge from the roughness into something smoother. The pads come back again from the first song and rely on everything but the breaks that have been so prevalent through this ep. I was curious as to what the name meant and apparently it means "sea flight" in German (according to babelfish). Interesting and mysterious song.

Train Station Dub - Very nice track with some wonderful voice samples that fit in perfectly. To quote nickchen "less is more". Nicely done.
